TRAIN DAY!
w/Rob Fair 6-8pm 2 hrs.
Jordan Osborn 6:15-7:15 1 hr.
Marcus Thorsen 6:30-7:15pm .75 hr.

| Let's get to work. First order of business is to weather the road barriers and the bridge abutments. |

| As I return Commuter Train 1E WB (outbound) from Chicago Terminal to Geneva and then to West Chicago yard. This train has arrived at Geneva and will proceed to West Chicago yard for the night. |

| I had some problems with F40PH loco #138 uncoupling at various locations around the layout. I plan to switch out the coupler and test it out. |

| One of the reasons the coupler came undone is shown by the evidence in this picture. They don't line up. |

| After adding a new coupler and making some minor adjustments this looks much better, don't you think? |
 |
| Trying to figure out what coupler to use, I broke open my supplies and then reorganized them into like packaging. |

| I don't think I captured the final step in yesterday's session. |
 |
| After switching out the coupler I ran Commuter Train 1E twice around the EB and WB tracks. |
 |
| It took about 10 minutes per direction. |
