This week Jan and I will be on vacation in Costa Rica with Jim and Toni Anderson.
No trains this week. I did take a couple of pictures of what's left of trains in Costa Rica.
In the early 1990s there was a very bad earthquake in Costa Rica where the railroad infrastructure was badly damaged. The government decided it wasn't worth the investment to start up the railroad again so they shut it down.
