Finishing touches on Operations Worksheets...

I've finished about half the sheets for operations.
This sheet shows the steps taken to run a commuter train.

This sheet shows the Power assigned to Trains and their storage locations.
It also gives details about Yard capacities and explains the codes.

Still working feverously on the operations spreadsheet...

I think I've figured out a system to run trains and track progress.

I ran the first Northwest commuter train tonight.

Train A1.251A CT to Harvard.

Arrived Harvard IL aka PRB.
Again, I'll be using the same location for two physical spots.

Returning in PUSH mode back to Chicago Terminal.

I have two Northwest Line trains that will run back and forth from Chicago to Harvard.

I'll also have two West Line trains that will run back and forth from Chicago to Geneva.

No train activity today.

Ran another commuter train tonight. This time a West Line train A32.51C Chicago to Geneva.

Working on spreadsheet before heading to airport to pick up Mick & Connie.

I'm updating the Train Types/Codes and matching to Train Power Matchups.

After about two weeks of work, I have finally finished the paperwork for operations.

These two sheets are the bread & butter, the nitty gritty, the core ingredients of operations.

I will use this one to track the power and trains to see which road power is "up" next.

And this sheet, lays out the road power with switchers and the possible trains that each can pull/push.
