Running Metra Commuter cars from Chicago Terminal to California Avenue Metra Maintenance Facility Coach Yard

| Just a few mishaps tonight. Overall the session was very successful. |

| Rob worked the UP GP15-1 1612 locomotive at the California Avenue Maintenance Facility (CAMF) |
 |
| I shuttled the cars from Chicago Terminal (CT) and then Rob will pick them up on Yard Track 1 to place them in the Coach Yard (already four sets of cars in place) |
 |
| After moving all the cars in consists from CT to CAMF Coach Yards we reversed the process to bring them all back to CT. Here SW1500 Switcher 1064 pushes the last cars in consist back to CT. |
In between the two sessions we recalibrated all switcher locomotives to run smoother and slower while they do their work. We were quite satisfied with the results. We did have to tweak a few of the locomotives to make them run a little faster since they were running way too slow.

I updated a couple more switcher locomotives for speed controls.
I also updated the paperwork for each locomotive.

| I'm updating the Timeline spreadsheet for Saturday's entry. |
 |
| The Industrial Park - Transfer Train job is split into three (3) sections. Section 1 is the trip to the WeGo Yard from the IP - Transfer Track. |
 |
| Section 2 is the WeGo Yard Car Order Job. This will be done by SW4 UP GP15-1 1612 |
 |
| Section 3 is the Proviso Yard Switchers coming to pick up the cars which are in train order and bring them back to put in the correct train order at Proviso. |
