![]() |
| Ready for Step 5... |
![]() |
| These next few pictures shows all the possible... |
![]() |
| ...trains & locomotives that could be matched... |
![]() |
| ...in the next series of trains on the Train Order Board. |
![]() |
| I will check each one as a possibility until... |
![]() |
| ...I can grid out the locomotives and trains... |
![]() |
| ...that could be assigned in this session. |
![]() |
| This is the grid I will use to match up the trains to the locomotives. |
![]() |
| I will also use this report which records the amount of time each locomotive has run on the railroad. |
Now it's time to execute Step 6
Using the grid I can then match out what trains
and what locomotives can be paired together.
![]() |
| I circled the matches from the open spaces to the grid. |
![]() |
| Here's the completed grid. It shows 8 trains scheduled to run and the 8 different locomotive consists that I've selected to run each train. |
This completes Step 6
Now Step 7
![]() |
| Once the grid is complete, now I add the power units to the Trains listed on the Train Order Board. |
The Power assigned is shown in black on the far right side of the Train Order Board
Now on to our final step.
Step 8

| DONE! |
The Train Order Board is ready for a brand new session!
