Jonathan is a distant relative so it was great to run trains and get caught up on our lives.
We promised to meet up again after some further progress on the RR.

Train Day!
No one came today.
Just me.
I did have a full weekend so am very pleased with the results of the weekend and tonight.

| Tonight I will move the mainline train into the Powder River Basin (PRB) East Yard |

| 2/3 of the way to completion. |
 |
| These last few cars need to be placed and I'll be finished. |
 |
| That took just under 1 hour. |
 |
| One last look at the finished product. |
 |
| Cars already loaded with coal and ready to be switched to the PRB West Yard. |
 |
| I had some spotty performances due to dirty track so I took a few minutes to polish the rails. |
 |
| I even cleaned the yard tracks. |

| BEFORE Getting ready to build the Wheaton Station. |

| AFTER cleanup and placement of corner buildings plus the black footprint of Wheaton Station in place. |

| Also organized some signage that has been laying around doing nothing for many years. |
 |
| I will eventually repair some of these and then cut them to fit signs and then install them around the layout. |
 |
| Jack Fischer visited the layout last Friday and suggested this scene. "Put a cement truck there and fix that stop step." Good idea. Scene Complete! |
p.s. Don't ask me how the cement truck got there.
