This is one of the locations where one of the train
cars derailed. I fixed the kink and it seemed to work.

There's another section right here that needed some
adjustments as well.

Train Day!

Field Trip...to Bill Rock's home in Carol Stream IL

Round house...incredible detail.
To think it's all in pink foam board.

Bill Rock giving us a tour of his
basement O scale layout.

Amazing weathering and use of the common to
make something spectacular!

Bill sets up quite a few scenes around the layout.

Another work of art from a building in Elmhurst IL

More fine tune details on his building front.

See video below for some of the discussion had
at this point in our visit.

Bill's cat is amazingly nimble as he walks through
the layout. He usually leaves when the trains start running.

Finally some train activity today!

Starting off tonight with some ideas in mind...

I want to fix the DCC decoder in the
Steam Engine 2-10-2 #6306
I'm calling up DECODER PRO and putting the
locomotive on the programming track.

I also want to finish drilling the electrical holes
for the lights at the Bellwood station.

I'm putting in the straws to act like conduit.

Back to DECODER PRO, here's the main page
for programming the #6306.

I'm not sure what I did, but it worked.
Back in business!

Finished tonight's activities in 60 minutes.

These aren't wired up yet, but they're in place.
I will still test them before wiring them up completely.

I still need to drill the holes for the lamps at the station.
