Train Day!
6-7:30pm
w/Rob Fair & Jordan Osborn
Rob Fair begins the evening putting the "H" beams on both sides of the steel rod supports.

Here he is attaching the clothes pins to keep them in place while the glue sets.

Clothes pins in place.

All set and ready to cure.

Rob Fair brought a voltage reader, but we plugged it in and blew the circuit on the power bar.
That was weird.

We also got the overhead lights working again.
We kept switching the lights out until we found the "dud" light.
It was the third one we checked.

Jordan Osborn rode this test train around a few times tonight.

No train activity today.

Fri, Sep 14, 2018

Worked on the RR just a little bit today.
Only about .5 hrs.
I inserted the missing piece that I bought at the train show on Sunday.

Here's the switch back in place, with the missing piece now included.

I also put the skirt around the East Power District.
This is only temporary.
I will probably need to trim the base once I install the top section.
