| First we add the gray mortar mix. |

| Then to give it a little more pop we dab it with the black mortar mix. |

| Making sure we also weather the top of the wall. |
 |
| Finished product glued in place. |

Getting some work done on the layout at the long & winding road...

| Picking up the leftover "grass" from the side of the road. |
 |
| Used the card stock to brush the "grass" to save it. |
 |
| Kept quite a bit of the coarse "grass". |
 |
| Now to glue the shoulders and apply the fine sand. |
 |
| Wait 24 hours for drying time and save the sand that didn't stick to the glue. |

| Here's the paperwork I call "Train Cars in Consist" |

| I'll be running this train using the command station DCS 51 so I can watch the train from the monitors. |

Hamburger Heaven in Elmhurst IL at the corner of Rt 64 & York Street.
NEXT STOP  The Elmhurst Model RR Club  Jordan & Chris taking a closer look.  One of the station stops under construction.  Another station stop, but this one is elevated. Nice.  Notice the signage? Rob Fair just sent me a text message about these signs, called...  "Burma-Shave" signs.  Nice scene with lights and loads of details.  Moving to the N scale layout. This is a replica of the Elmhurst Metra Train Station.  Back to the HO scale layout. Night scene.  Another finished station stop. I really enjoyed checking out the details.  Another view. LAST STOP

Running Metra Commuter Train 1B from Chicago Terminal to Harvard:

We have arrived safe and sound at Harvard.
We'll wait here until our return trip back to Chicago Terminal.
